3TG (Ta, Sn, W, Au) other minerals from conflict or high-risk areas, smuggling and areas controlled by non-governmental armed forces or illegal military factions are all considered conflict minerals. Jinma Industrial Group Co., Ltd. hereby declares that it does not accept or use minerals from conflict areas, and also requires our suppliers:
1) Must fulfill social and environmental responsibilities.
2) Ensure that products and components do not use "conflict minerals" from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its surrounding countries and regions.
3) Communicate this requirement to upstream suppliers.
